Top physician launches sexual energy campaign

Harley Street’s top naturopathic physician Harald Gaier has launched a new campaign urging men to re-energise their sex lives.

He claims guys can enjoy improved health and better sex by using natural remedies instead of pharmaceutical drugs.

One of these is Pinus sibirica, or pine nuts from the Siberian Cedar trees, which he believes can help men overcome problems with impotence.

But blokes don’t have to resort to fancy natural medicines to give their sex lives a boost, as Dr Gaier is also advocating water, exercise and snacking as ways to regain that sexual spark.

He points out that being dehydrated can sap a man’s energy levels and leave them feeling tired, which is obviously not conducive to great sex.

Drinking plenty of water can therefore combat this, as can exercise, which gets the heart pumping and releases endorphins, giving guys the same "happy sensation" they get during nookie.

Dr Gaier also recommended eating little and often to help maintain a normal blood sugar level.

"This will help you maintain muscle tissue, which burns more calories than fat tissue, whilst putting the much-needed skip in your step and bounce into your bedroom," he explained.

Perhaps men should also consider their sexual health as well as their sexual energy, as new research by Lloydspharmacy has shown that chlamydia is more common among men than women.
