Sextoys.co.uk hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Unwanted Goods

Sextoys.co.uk will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked!

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened or broken.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

toys.co.uk offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. Sextoys.co.uk work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

Lingerie and Sexy Clothing

If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items. Please remember to keep your knickers on though!

You will also need to make sure all labels are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.

We are really sorry to say that this policy does not apply to Latex clothing due to hygiene. If items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size.

Returning DVD's

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Sextoys.co.uk we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until sextoys.co.uk receives the goods in question. Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at your post office.

How To Return An Item?

Simply return your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to deal with the return)
Your freepost return label will be provided to you immediately upon request.

Please do not add any other delivery address details as these might incur postage fees.

Take your parcel to the post office and don't forget to ask for proof of posting as this is your receipt and will cover you should the parcel go missing in transit.  On receipt of your parcel we will acknowledge receipt by email, and process your return accordingly. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
