She may seem like a bit of a wild child, but Lady Gaga actually has quite a sensible head on her shoulders.
The Poker Face singer told the Daily Mail that she is a big advocate of safe sex.
She said she gives away free condoms at her concerts to make sure her fans, or her little monsters as she likes to call them, protect themselves.
However, she insisted that using a condom is not the only way to stay safe, as not having sex at all is the best method of protection.
"You don't have to have sex to feel good about yourself," she stressed. "It's not really cool any more to have sex all the time. It's cooler to be strong and independent."
The 24-year revealed that she is celibate at the moment, as she doesn't have time for boyfriends due to her busy schedule.
Lady Gaga is currently supporting the MAC Aids Fund by promoting its new lipstick shade Viva Glam.
Nothing Lady Gaga says has the power to shock any more, so it's unlikely her fans will bat an eyelid when they hear that she can apparently give herself an orgasm using the power of her mind.
The Bad Romance singer claimed she learnt the raunchy trick during her time in drama school several years ago.
She explained that she was taught to imagine things in order to hone her acting skills and make her performances more realistic.
For example, she was shown how to drink out of an imaginary coffee cup and how to feel the rain on her skin when the sun is shining.
But the 24-year-old went one step further and decided to use her new-found skills to her own advantage.
"I don't know if this is too much, but I can actually mentally give myself an orgasm. You know, sense memory is quite powerful."
If nothing else, fans will certainly be watching her a little more closely and wondering what's going through her mind next time she's writhing around on stage.
