Not a cheap item but worth it. Life size and about as realistic as you're going to get - although Pipedream (the manufacturers) could do a bit better with the handpainting on my one - small point. That said you do get a hardcore Zero Tolerance DVD and three user bottles: Fanta Flesh Revive (powder), Antibacterial Toy Cleaner, and Moist Personal Lubricant.

I am totally satisifed with this product. The price seems exaggerated, however that worry quickly paid off after my first night in... easy slip-in access, the ass hole is nice and tight... and the mess even disposes of itself inside the fanny so no need for cleaning up after use... excellent.
