Bound to Tease Diamante Paddle

Ah, the Bound To Tease Diamante Paddle by Loving Joy. This paddle is aesthetically pleasing; the fur is not only soft but nice and vibrant, the diamante letters are shiny (you can also space them as much as you like) and the leather is smooth and smells oh-so-good. It truly is beautiful to look at.

But that's pretty much it. It hits like you would expect any paddle to, no matter which side you use. When I was hit with the fur side I didn't even notice unless it was swept over my skin gently, and the lettering really didn't seem to make a difference. I know it says that it is decorative, but I hoped it would leave an imprint of the letters into my skin but it didn't, which was quite disappointing both to me and my partner. To be honest, I think we would get more use out of this as a toy for blindfolded sensory play than for spanking.

That said, it's a pretty good paddle and undeniably has been made very well. It hurts and has a nice sting to it. However, unless your main priority is how it looks then it's not really all that interesting, which is a shame.
