Sportsheets Interchangeable Crop - Narrow Loop

This is a narrow loop crop top that is designed for both the mini interchangeable crop system or the interchangeable crop top system by Sportsheets. This will only work with those products as it is only the top. There is no crop included. What attracted me to this is the versatility and ingeniousness of the product. It really is several products in one. There are loads of different crop tops to collect, all with a different design and/or function. At the moment, I have the feather top, the mini interchangeable crop system and the narrow loop top. I am looking into more, though.

As I received the feather top, the mini interchangeable crop system and the narrow loop top at once, I was expecting quite a large box. However, I was expecting the postie to turn it on its side to get it through the gate and then place it on the floor to knock on the door. The box was extremely long, as the mini interchangeable crop system is, and this is the closest box they had to put everything in. It's certainly difficult to sneak in and I wouldn't want to pick that up from the sorting office.

The packaging is cringe-free, as it always is always from Sportsheets. Usually it's very simple, easy to open and sometimes even re-unusable. However, this is not the case with this packaging. There were plastic rings around the 'stalk' to keep things in place - great idea, bad execution. The plastic was very thick and very tight around the 'stalk'. A good 10 minutes was spent very careful and trying to cut the plastic without cutting the 'stalk'. In the end I just ripped the cardboard away so I could get it out and the plastic then just slid down.

The narrow loop crop top looks lovely in person. The 'stalk' measures about 5 inches and is coated in a kind of thread. It all seems very sturdy. The narrow loop part is around 3 inches to the tip of the loop. One of my favourite colours is black and I simply adore leather, so this makes for a perfect combination while using the narrow loop. The leather is supple, sturdy and soft, it doesn't have much of that delicious aroma leather has, which is a big shame.

The narrow loop crop top has a small surface area and so provides a good sting. It is easy to use lightly - or harder, which leaves red marks. The best combination I have found is a blindfold, restraints and the crop system. Your victim, I mean errr willing partner, won't know which is next, the feather or the crop, teasing or punishment.

Fitting the narrow loop top onto the mini crop is extremely easy. Simply slide the base of the 'stalk' into the gap at the top of the crop and firmly slide it down until it stops. You will sometimes hear a pop. Once it is in place, it is very sturdy. After using the set for several sessions none have come loose during use. Once you have finished using the top or want to change, simply get the middle of the 'stalk' and slowly slide up until it comes away. I wouldn't suggest pulling the loop as this may damage or rip the leather.

When not in use, a box would be perfect for the crop system to keep it away from prying eyes and dust-free. Though the little time it doesn't get used is not enough to gather dust. Luckily I found a box at home that is perfect. For the mini-crop top system and feather topper, you will need a box that is 15x5x5 inches.

The mini interchangeable crop system and crop topper is perfect for beginners to bondage. It is versatile, non-threatening and easy to use lightly. It is also perfect be used by advanced users who like more extreme pain as it can provide a good amount of sting. Red marks which last for a day or so can be left with moderate to hard force. I am not one for hitting hard enough to bruise or tear the skin so I can't comment on how easy that would be with this crop.

Overall, another fantastic product from Sportsheets that is versatile, well made and easy to use. With all the different toppers available you will be spoilt for choice for which ones to try next. Two improvements would be a box and better packaging, though these are minor niggles and a box is easy enough to find.
