Aimed (pardon the pun!) at the gay male market, the Dirk Yates Ammo AT-10 SensaFirm Ass Torpedo packaging gives the first impression of something fun and tongue-in-cheek. I mean, how many jokes can you make up about a torpedo sent up your ass!? hehe Ok, it's ten inch length is plenty and the two inch girth is suitable for the medium user. So, even if you are comfortable with the more realistic sizes, you can find that little bit more in this plug. It is marketed as a butt plug but its not really suitable for that kind of task - it's just an ordinary didlo when in use, suitable for male or female insertion, regardless of the suggestion on the packaging. The little nodules in two rings on the shaft make a little difference to the other-wise smooth and bendy toy - excellent standard for beginner experimenters to practise with - but I feel it leaves more to be desired. A little bit lame; but fun, quirky and recommended for use with water based lube. The memory of it will make you grin a little afterwards, too. ;) I'd rate it 3/5.
BASIX Butt Plug - Black This cheery little number is five inches long and has a nice wide flexible base - which also happens to act as a sucker for a hard surface in case that is your style of riding. For the experienced rider, like me, this toy is great for warming up and is fairly comfortable to wear to keep you prepared. While flexible and a pleasure to squeeze, it is not an ergonomic plug or in a shape one might usually see for such an object. The plug is thin at one end for about a centimetre and off centre, then wide at the base before cutting inwards sharply for the anus to snuggle into. The base, being flexible, also feels like to conforms to the crack of the backside, allowing for noticeable but gentle safety (You don't want something, hard to evacuate, disappearing up a hole). It's simple, it's an effective tool for the job intended, a little bit special and well worth the price. Go on, I'll score a 5/5 for this one.
I bought this toy with mild interest as a bit of fun because it's relatively cheap for what I get for my money. But even after washing it with the Loving Joy Sparkle Sex Toy Cleaner followed by good rinsing under the tap and drying with paper towel, three times over, the toy still smelled very strongly like artificial strawberries or perhaps raspberries. Or something like that. Even now, packed away and washed well before and after use in its own paper bag in my toy drawer, I can still smell it - and I smoke! Apart from the questionable statement on the back of the packaging, this is a very good product that all can use to excellent finishing effects. PVC Bed Sheet Another excellent purchase from sextoys.co.uk! I do a lot of anal sex with my partner and we like to experiment with all sorts of oils and lubricants, so this PVC sheet was a blessing for the bed. It's really sexy to feel under your back or to simply sit on while bednastics are performed. ;) It's certainly big enough for a double bed, possibly a king size, and ours is black which seems to go with the room's decoration quite well. Tantus Bronco Butt Plug This simple plug seems ordinary even if it is made of a premium medical grade silicone. Black and standing at a proud five inches tall and one and a half inches wide, this works as one of those plugs you can wear discreetly (thanks to its thin base) between the buttocks and out of sight. While I may be an experienced anal toy user, this toy felt nicely filling around the anus and inside the primary anal cavity. It's excellent to maintain condition and just feel something "naughty" every time you sit down, stand up and walk around. My only pick is the base feels a little sharp around the edges after a while. I had been looking at this plug for a while but was put off by the original price - all Tantus products are on the high side of pricing - but even if what you are paying for is made of silicone, there are other plugs out there that do a similar job with a similar simplistic design. What other materials don't do so well is absorb body heat, which this plug does, so the Bronco scores high on long term comfort. Personally, I was eager to receive this item as I have tried black silicone before but this particular toy turned out not to be as exciting as other plugs I have. On the other hand, it was made with a task in mind and it does its job well enough. There's no fuss when it comes to cleaning or wearing it and it is sensual to hold and feel in the hand as well as anally. Loving Joy Pump It Up Penis Pump This delightful toy is quite simple in its design and comes with three rings. The one with the largest aperture is blue, the next slightly smaller is flesh/vanilla coloured and the last is red and very tight. The Ass Master is huge. It's wider than my arm and I have shovels for hands and even then it was difficult to hold with one hand. I was surprised at the parcel, never mind the toy inside, which seemed to only just fit! 9 inches long and 4.5 inches wide, this is one big butt plug. It is HUGE. Beware, for I am used to vibrators but this particular model gave me a surprise in how strong it is.
