G Spot

The fabled G-spot is a bundle of nerves located about half way between the back of the pubic bone and the top of the cervix; the small bean shaped lump is the focal point for female sexual arousal. The size, shape and location for the G-spot can vary from woman to woman, but as a rule of thumb it lies two to three inches into the vagina, behind the pubic bone.

Finding the G-spot
Firstly relax and spend time getting aroused, when aroused the G-spot fills with blood making it easier to find and more responsive to touch. Spend time with your partner, allowing yourself to become fully aroused. Lay down on your back, or on your front, which is more comfortable for you and insert a finger into your vagina, crooking it slightly forward. Drawing it up over the vaginal wall about two inches up you should feel a ridged or bumped area on the upper wall of your vagina. The texture and feel of this area is different from the rest of the vagina, the vaginal walls being smooth, the g-spot area being engorged with blood, the g-spot when engorged can swell to the size of a 50 pence piece. Using your finger to place a small amount of pressure on the g-spot and slowly explores the area. Some women say that G-spot stimulation makes then feel like they need to empty their bladder, so it might be prudent to relieve yourself before starting. You’ll know you’re hitting the spot as you feel tingly sensations, feeling like you need to empty your bladder, and an overall elevation in your arousal. Sometimes stimulating the G-spot can be awkward so why not try one of the toys that are designed especially for g-spot stimulation, using a little lube direct the toy towards the back of the vagina slowly, letting it rub against the wall of the vagina until you reach the g-spot area, then use vibrations and pressure . The G spot responds to firm pressure, so there’s no need to tread lightly. In the beginning, use your toy as if you were trying to scratch an itch—don’t pull the toy all the way out, but use short strokes, applying firm pressure, against the G spot. Experiment with the amount of pressure and friction you prefer against the G-spot, try adding extra stimulation for example clitoral stimulation and finds what works for you. If you don’t orgasm try again a different time, it can take a few times to get the technique right, so vary positions, toys or have a partner help you out.

Male G-spot
Although men don’t technically have a g-spot, the prostate gland is an overlooked area, many men not knowing that stimulation of the prostate can lead to massively intensified orgasms. The prostate is located behind the pelvic region; it sits below the bladder and in front of the rectum. The prostate as well as being a highly sensitive area, also produces the seminal fluid that carries the sperm during ejaculation.

Finding the Prostate
The prostate gland when engorged can be felt by pressing against the perineum (the area between the scrotum and the anus) it’s a small lump about the size of a marble. While stimulating by perineum massage a lot of men find it more intense to stimulate it anally.

The easiest way to find the prostate is to insert a finger in your rectum (don’t forget to use lubrication), using the front wall as a guide and slide it upwards slowly till you find a small lump, which is the prostate. Massage it gently by rubbing your finger backwards and forwards across the small lump, or use a toy especially designed for anal stimulation. A toy with a slight bend in it will reach the prostate more effectively, experiment with pressure and strength of vibrations and find out what arouses you more. Before starting with prostrate stimulation it is always advisable to make sure you are fully aroused, as the prostate engorges when aroused, making it easier to find. If you have problems don’t worry try again another time, or ask a partner to help you, varying toys and different stimulations.
