Ok, we’ve all done it but unless we have zero feelings left for this person I really can’t see how it can be a good idea. I guess sometimes people just need closure, just to ensure they REALLY are over their ex. However, if they’re not over you, surely you’re just opening a can of worms? Sex with an ex is sure just to make a complicated relationship even more complicated. Unless of course you really are both over each but just too lazy to find someone else. And if that’s the case and it’s an ongoing thing, then that’s when your ex turns into a fuck buddy. Hmm I think that should be the next question – Fuck buddies, good idea or bad idea? ! Exes are normally exes for a reason and are probably best left in the past.
