LELO Personal Moisturiser 75ml

I giggled a bit when I read the official blurb for the Lelo Personal Moisturiser - apparently it is specially formulated to serve a dual purpose - for enhancing the enjoyment and comfort of sensual activities, or for application as a moisturizer to your intimate areas. So if you're worried that you're getting wrinkles on your ladybits you know where to turn! Having said that, I have to admit that there are times when the old ladybits could do with a spot of pampering and soothing and this would definitely do the trick for that, but I suspect that I like most people will make more use of this as a lube than a moisturizer.

On to the product itself - it's Lelo so the packaging is fabulous. It would easily pass for a luxury cosmetic. It looks expensive and good quality and it feels it too. It's water based, paraben-free, glycerin-free and unscented which means it can be used even if you have sensitive skin.

You can see why they describe it as a moisturizer as soon as it's applied to the skin, the texture is fantastic. It has a nice silky-smooth slippery feel to it and never seems to get sticky. It's not as thick as some other brands I've tried and it spreads effortlessly so you only need the tiniest amount. It has a nice light feeling to it and I found it stayed wet for a lot longer than any other water-based lube I'd tried, although not as long as silicone based lubricant. The main advantage over silcone based lubricant is that you can use this with toys made from any material without worrying about damage.

This is absolutely wonderful in use, it helps the toys or your fingers glide over the skin, but the barely there feel doesn't restrict the sensations at all like some thicker lubes can. It feels completely like natural lubrication, only it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth afterwards.

One of the other advantages is that this doesn't have the mouth-numbing metallic taste you get with other lubes. I wouldn't say it tastes great but it's a lot better than most, there's no artificial flavouring or scent so there is nothing to detract from what you are doing, there is a slight chemical taste but it doesn't linger. I think you'd notice it if you applied it just before oral, but it really won't be a problem otherwise.

Once again Lelo have managed to create a top-class product that looks better and performs better - this is going on my bedroom essentials list and I can't imagine how any other lube could beat it.
