The spreader bar is a great tool for giving or receiving discipline.
The leg spreader is a 27” steel bar that has two, fully adjustable leather ankle cuffs attached to keep those legs spread wide apart.
The arm spreader is 17.5” long.
Cuffs are made from the finest quality leather with soft-brushed suede lining.

Try putting the arm spreader on the upper arms with the bar behind the back. Or if you're really supple attach the leg spreader above the knees - I just love the sensation of having my legs held like that.
