I have used this item a couple of times. It has 3 vibrating settings that are very powerful and comes with a sleeve so you can have 2 different textures and thickness. the vibrations are great for a small toy like this.

However, I found this quite small and didn't hit the places that I wanted it to. When it's wet, or it has lube on it's quite hard to grip and hold on to, therefore hard to get the correct movement.
