Very effective, got me cleaned out and ready for anal very quickly, only thing that lets it down is the plastic its made of which it makes it difficult to squeeze fully.

Gives a good clean out! word of warning though don't refil more than once, also dont squeeze the water out too hard as it will go up into your bowels etc, and its rather uncomfortable until it all decide's to run out! Once your all clean though you can bang away for hours with no mess! Also great to fill with lube, Easy to use and comes with 2 attatchments so you can keep one each. Top class, and cheap too.
