Jimmyjane Usual Suspects Iconic Ring

The Iconic Ring is part of Jimmyjane's Usual Suspects range. The idea behind the range is that they have taken the basic designs of the most recognizable sex toys and distilled them into a classic white range of toys. A vibrating cock ring, a pocket bullet vibe and a rabbit vibrator.

The iconic ring vibrating cock ring is a clear/white ribbed ring with a vibrating nubbin that rides on the top of your penis and has soft little nodules to stimulate your partners clitoris. With that in mind, the Iconic ring has a neat little feature that I've not seen on any other ring like it. As well as the on/off button on the side of the nubbin it also has a pressure sensitive button behind those little nodules that make it buzz with every stroke. It's a great idea but it might not be a winner. When I tested it I found that it only activated with really deep grinding strokes and the vibration wasn't really strong enough for my girlfriend to get a huge benefit from. I much preferred the constant buzz anyway. The vibration isn't all that strong but after orgasm I did sort of have to ask my girlfriend to turn it off for me because I couldn't actually move. She laughed at my cries for help.

The ring is phthalate free and made from a soft latex free elastomer. I've used vibrating rings in the past, the kind that have a cheap bullet vibe in them, and I've found them to be uncomfortable, too wide and a little sticky. This ring is just right, feels great when it's on, and the rubber isn't sticky at all. It actually feels nice against the skin.

The Iconic Ring is also water resistant and shower friendly. You probably could use it in the bath as the battery compartment at the back is sealed with overlapping layers of rubber but it's not advised. All that splashing around might force water past the seal and ruin your new toy. That said, any toy you can take in the shower with you is a winner in my eyes.

Overall I'd give the Iconic Ring an 8/10. It's better than it's competition, it's well designed and has some cool features. It's not earth moving on its own but it will help you get there.
