Great quality, goes in easily and feels great when in place. Now want the large but doesn't seem to be available. Only (minor) critisism is the base is slightly pointy.

Perfect size, feels good going in and comfortable enough to wear all day. My only complaint is the flared base; it would be even more comfortable if this was slimmer.
