As a woman who finds herself in straight relationships despite having a preference for women, I decided that it was about time I indulge myself with a collection of lesbian erotica. Already knowing that I'm a fan of a few other books from Xcite I decided that this was the best book to start off my collection with. I was more than excited to find out this was on its way to me and I was even lucky enough to have it arrive on time to read while on our honeymoon.

The front cover is certainly more visually pleasing than most erotica books I have seen, featuring two women in an embrace about to kiss, with one cupping the others breasts.

A couple of small things about the appearence of the models particularly appealed to me, one model has long hair and the other has short hair, one is pale and the other is more tanned. It is a nice show of variety and makes a change from the more male friendly ideal on some lesbian books where two equally beautiful but practically identical women are featured.

But hey, maybe I was swayed a little by the fact that I have the same, short dark hair, pale skin, black painted nails and helix piercing as one of the models and so was sucked into the fantasy, making it pretty easy to imagine that it's me cupping those breasts.

At just under two hundred pages long and described on the back cover as including 'twenty scorching tales about lesbians who lust after each other' my interest was aroused.

I won't give away too much of what happens in these steamy stories but included within are themes such as, sex toys, erotic dance, fetish, strap-on sex, domination and submission, threesomes and bi-curious women exploring new sides of their sexuality.

With much thought given to building the mood and far more interesting foreplay scenes than any straight erotica I have read, this book was a huge hit for me. I found myself sucked into the dynamics between characters and the ways in which they would initiate play.

In summary: Packed full of highly erotic scenes of women eagarly enjoying and exploring each other bodies. A recommended read for any lesbian, bi or curious women out there.
